Kerry, Kerry, Kerry,
I have to say it - but you are just like your mother! Making your kids wait until after breakfast to open presents! You are so mean!
Also, the guy in the Christmas Carol / Star Wars? The tall dark guy is Darth Vader . . . . ;0) I have no idea who Patrick is - but Brice is watching "Return of the Jedi" tonight (for the first time). I'll have to figure out who you are talking about - and what he has to do with the Christmas Carol.
Just another bit of useless trivia to keep me busy!
Tina, Tina, Tina...
There's a difference between Star Wars and Star Trek. The guy who plays Scrooge in the Christmas Carol plays the captain on Star Trek the TV show.(Patrick Stewart... I think)
Darth Vader and "Return of the Jedi" is Star Wars... completely different.
Good come back though with Darth Vader, I had a good chuckle- I hadn't thought of that!
Also, I learned a while ago that it's inevitable... you become like your mother whether you want to or not... Don't fight it. (or, to quote a line from Star Trek... "resistance is futile")
Thanks a lot, Keith! You've warped me for life with all this Star Wars/Trek stuff! (He's full of useless trivia- something I love about him)
Kerry,
Yeah, I wasn't paying attention to the Star Trek comment. I saw Star . . . and then I think I quit reading and made the assumption that this was a Doyle comment so they HAD to be talking about Star Wars - being the big fans that they are and all.
Feeling rather stupid. (I really do know the difference).
I would have to say that love would have to have made you a Star Trek/ Wars fan - I just don't see you being the science fiction type on your own. ;0)
